Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, education, or related fields encouraged.
• Ability to travel locally for in-home sessions and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams; participate in meetings and trainings.
