Job summary

Aluma Care Management LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic in Osawatomie, KS. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Opportunities include both part-time and full-time roles with flexible schedules, competitive pay, and benefits such as certification assistance and PTO. Prior ABA experience is a plus, and transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
