Job summary

The Arc of the St. Johns in St. Augustine, FL is seeking an RBT to support children with developmental disabilities in a collaborative, team-based setting.

You will implement therapy programs, collect data, and work with BCBA supervision to deliver one-on-one sessions in schools, homes, and community locations. Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; a bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, social work, or related field is preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism, is beneficial.
• Pass a Level Two background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment programs and monitor client progress under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in schools, homes, and community settings for individuals with autism.
• Data collection, recording, and collaboration; maintain accurate documentation.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect client confidentiality.
• Assist with activities of daily living and collaborate with therapists and educators.
• Attend monthly team meetings and training sessions.
