Job summary

The Arc of the St. Johns is seeking a Part-Time BCaBA or BCBA to support our growing afterschool ABA program serving children and youth in St. Augustine, Florida.

The role provides clinical supervision, program development, data review, and hands-on guidance for RBT staff during clinic hours. You will coordinate with families and treatment team, promote communication and daily living skills, and maintain required documentation and credentials.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising ABA staff and clinicians.
• Ability to analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for RBTs and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior-analytic treatment programs.
• Review data and make clinically appropriate program changes.
• Provide direct supervision, training, and feedback to RBTs.
• Conduct assessments and updates to treatment plans as credentialing allows.
• Coordinate with families and other treatment team members.
• Promote functional communication, independence, social skills, and daily living skills.
• Maintain required clinical documentation and authorization requirements.
