Job summary

Butterfly Effects is looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to directly support children with autism in their center in Dallas, TX. This part-time role offers an opportunity to work with families, implement ABA plans, and progress toward becoming an RBT or BCBA with company support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, & insurance with your name listed.
• Tablet or laptop required for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and report client progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors as required.
• Apply behavioral principles consistently in interactions with clients.
• Assist clients to acquire academic and life skills as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the online database.
• Participate in ongoing training to increase skills.
