Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking caring individuals to join our team as RBT aides. We provide paid training and support to help you earn the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification while you work with children in home and community settings.

This part-time role delivers one-on-one ABA services, records data, and collaborates with a clinical team to promote positive behavior and independence. No prior certification is required; training is provided and ongoing support continues after certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Must obtain RBT certification before providing services; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to promote independence.
• Implement individualized skill-building programs and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build connections with families.
