Meaningful Outcomes in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for working with children and making a difference.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings. Weekends are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other members of the clinical team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Attend regular supervision meetings with the BCBA to review progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers about client progress and goals.
• Always adhere to ethical and professional standards of care.
