Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will implement ABA-based behavior management, assist in care plan implementation, and provide direct patient care alongside experienced BCBAs.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification and 40-hour course are required.
• Driver's license may be required to travel between sites.
• Experience with development disabilities or autism is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques based on ABA principles.
• Assist in development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide direct patient care and support ADLs with accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and progress notes.
