BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in Ohio. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, applying evidence-based strategies to promote independence and positive behavior.

You will work as part of a supportive clinical team, recording session data and collaborating on care plans. This role starts as part-time with a 6-month commitment, and offers opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients to support independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
