BK Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Ohio. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.

As part of our clinical team, you will record session data, contribute to skill-building plans, and connect with families. Paid training is provided; part-time roles with flexible scheduling are available, with a potential 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, promoting independence and positive behavior.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
