Job summary

BK Behavior is looking for seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings in Ohio. You will work as part of a collaborative clinical team to implement skill-building plans and support clients toward their goals.

Ideal candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent, and RBT certification. Flexible part-time roles with opportunities for training and advancement are available to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
