Job summary

Metropolitan Ministries in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support CREATE after-school and housing programs for homeless children and families. You will implement ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision and help maintain a calm, structured environment. Requires high school diploma, 1 year experience, and RBT certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• RBT certification required and ongoing supervision.
• Ability to work with children and families in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Observe and identify functions of behavior in group settings.
• Implement ABA interventions under supervision.
• Maintain required documentation daily and weekly.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA and other staff.
• Provide guidance to parents on behavior plans.
