Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR & First Aid cert and TB test.
• Background check required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors.
