Job summary

Trumpet Behavioral Health, part of the BlueSprig family, is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians (BT) or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Training is provided, with mentorship and clear advancement pathways.

You will deliver ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings, work with children with autism, collect progress data, collaborate with families and the team, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, crouching and floor activities.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development.
• Follow all policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
