Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy with flexible hours. You will collect behavior data, maintain professionalism, and work closely with our team of BCBAs to achieve positive outcomes.

This role offers on-the-road work with competitive hourly rates and opportunities for growth in the ABA field, along with training during RBT certification. A reliable vehicle and excellent time management are essential.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in homes or community settings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy sessions.
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
• Maintain professionalism and goal-oriented approach in all aspects of work.
• Demonstrate reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team.
• Manage time efficiently and collaborate with BCBAs.
• Support fieldwork growth and learning in the ABA field.
