Job summary

Storybook ABA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. Enjoy flexible hours with supportive guidance and a strong team environment that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance.

You will collect data, stay professional, and work with dedicated BCBAs to help children with autism learn and grow. A reliable vehicle and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT Certification
• Ability to drive with a reliable vehicle
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis or with children with autism

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of work
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Maintain personal transportation for sessions
• Manage time effectively to meet session schedules
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes
• Support children with autism through ABA interventions
