Job summary

Storybook ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy. You will collect data on behavior and skill acquisition, stay goal-oriented, and maintain professionalism while delivering effective therapy sessions.

The role offers flexible hours, on-the-road travel, and the opportunity to grow in ABA with support from our BCBAs. Competitive hourly rates and bonuses are available, with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Qualifications

ABA Therapy experience required (2 years).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

Provide in-home, and community-based Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy.
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.
Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Excellent time management skills.
Desire to be involved in a collaborative team of professionals with the drive to achieve positive outcomes.
Experience in applied behavior analysis or with children with autism.
