Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in Hawaii Island schools. The role offers flexible, part-time shifts, typically 7:30am–2:30pm, with compensation of $30–$35 per hour based on experience.

RBT credential or pursuit is required, with BAYADA providing training and supervision. Responsibilities include one-on-one classroom support, collaboration with teachers and school teams, progress documentation, and data collection to help students

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to pursue certification; BAYADA provides training.
• 18 years or older; experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus.
• Education options include degree or 48 college credits with specified courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to students in classrooms as per service plan.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams while respecting values.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and document progress and data.
