Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in homes and community settings. Training and support are provided to help you earn your RBT certification before starting services.

Part-time positions with flexible scheduling, paid training, and ongoing clinical team support are offered to help you grow professionally while making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Completion of RBT certification is required before providing services; training and support are provided to earn it.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team implementing individualized skill-building programs.
• Accurately collect and record session data.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment and build connections with families.
