Job summary

Spectrum of Hope in Magnolia, AR is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism in a center-based ABA setting. You’ll implement structured therapy sessions, track progress, and grow professionally as you gain RBT training and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• RBT certification training provided and paid by the employer.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
• Implement structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans.
• Track progress and use data to guide decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop care plans.
• Engage with children on the floor in a warm, playful way.
