Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support the Orange Grove clinic's Clinical Operations Director. This role blends scheduling leadership with direct RBT duties, helping drive operational excellence across interdisciplinary ABA care for children and families.

In the initial 4–6 months, the role is hourly (25–50% scheduling, 50–75% direct RBT sessions). After census allows, it becomes salaried at 58,250/year, offering growth within Soar’s operations.

Qualifications

• Current or previous experience as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Must be in good standing in current role.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily scheduling (7-10 AM MST) with a hard stop by 10:30.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic.
• Implement intervention plans crafted by BCBA, ensuring ABA principles.
• Foster relationships with families and update progress within ABA framework.
• Engage in ongoing training and development in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
• Serve as on-call RBT, mentoring other RBTs during urgent needs.
• Perform center fidelity checks, restock items, and order supplies as needed.
• Over time, assist with art & circle time prep and staff communications.
• Help assign IC tasks for other RBTs.
