Action Behavior Centers in Parker, CO is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, a 8am-5pm schedule, and potential Saturdays based on patient needs.

You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and collaborate with a supportive team. The ideal candidate is at least 18, holds a High School diploma, and is willing to obtain the RBT

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
