Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to help children with autism through one-on-one sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills, and support a team in a positive, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when helping children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Minimum age 18+ years.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Physical ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• RBT Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based methods to teach communication and daily living skills.
• Contribute to reducing interfering behaviors.
• Participate in a team-driven environment and training.
