Job summary

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a 9-year-old male client in Brooklyn, NY. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling during after-school hours. Responsibilities include providing ABA therapy and implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualified candidates should preferably have an active RBT certification and experience working with children, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Location: Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting) Case: 9-year-old male client Schedule: Monday–Friday (after-school hours) Pay: $25–$30/hour Hours: Flexible part-time availability

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink
• Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
• Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
• Comfortable with documentation and session notes
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required
