Job summary

Milestone Achievements ABA is seeking an RBT to provide in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA in McDonough, GA.

This role supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, involves data collection during sessions, and teamwork with families and a BCBA to implement teaching procedures.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, afternoons; opportunities for monthly bonus and a collaborative, rewarding work environment.

Responsibilities

Full Job Description:

Milestone Achievements ABAis looking to hire an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)for in-home ABA therapy services in McDonough . Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), an RBT provides one-to-one instruction to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related developmental disabilities within the home, school or community.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Arrive on time and prepared for therapy sessions.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Other related duties as required.
