Succeed ABA is a leading ABA therapy provider offering in-home, one-on-one ABA services for children aged 1–21 with autism. This role requires an RBT certification, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for helping clients succeed.

You will work with a supportive team and maintain a flexible schedule with weekly pay. Position offers part-time and full-time options with competitive hourly pay and ongoing supervision.

Formación

• Must have RBT certification from BACB.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

• Strong communication with team and families.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.

• Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation

• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications:

• RBT Certification from BACB (Required)

• Valid Driver’s License, or reliable transportation (Required)

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (Required)

• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

• Must pass a criminal background check

• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance

• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions

• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
