Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism in home-based, one-to-one therapy. This position offers flexible hours with both part-time and full-time openings and pays $20-$28 per hour.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA interventions, collecting data, and coordinating with program staff to maintain consistency. A valid RBT certificate and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong communication with coworkers, supervisors, and families is expected.
• Candidate must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect and analyze data for progress reporting.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency across targets and sessions.

Job Responsibilities:
