Succeed ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home, 1:1 therapy team. This role offers a flexible schedule with the ability to manage your own hours while delivering high-quality ABA services to children ages 1–21, in a supportive, structured environment.

Formación

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.

Responsabilidades

• Provide ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect data, analyze and prepare for presentation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Job Responsibilities:
