Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians and RBTs to join a mission-driven team serving children with autism in Fort Morgan, Colorado. We offer a supportive, collaborative environment where growth and well-being are prioritized.

We provide regular team huddles, mentorship, clear communication, and opportunities to advance toward lead RBT or BCBA certification. Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time roles, in-home or center-based, plus competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete before start date.
• Experience with children in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans.
• A desire to help children grow in a positive learning environment.
• Team player open to learning and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.

What We're Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
