Job summary

United Care ABA in Colorado seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a mission-driven team serving children with autism and their families. We provide training, supervision, and a supportive environment with flexible scheduling for in-home or center-based work.

As an RBT, you will deliver one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills. Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before start date.
  • Experience working with children in educational/behavioral settings preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, able to follow treatment plans and collect data.
  • Desire to help children grow and contribute to a positive learning environment.
  • Team-oriented and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinicians.
  • Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skills.
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Participate in training and team meetings; maintain ethical standards.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
  • Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.

  • Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).

  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
