Job summary

United Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a mission-driven team dedicated to improving the lives of children with autism and their families. Positions include both full-time and part-time schedules with flexible options, in-home and center-based work in Denver, CO.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational or developmental settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you connect easily and take initiative.
• Detail-oriented and dependable, with ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Desire to help children grow and create a positive, consistent learning environment.
• Team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
• Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.

What We’re Looking For in a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
