United Care ABA in Denver is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a team that backs you up to help kids thrive.

Open to experienced RBTs or those starting out, with paths for growth toward Lead RBT or BCBA certification. In-home now, center-based roles coming soon; benefits available for eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willing to complete it before starting).
• Experience with kids in behavioral, educational, or developmental settings preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

• Follow individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate behavior and skills data.
• Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Stay in touch with your clinical supervisor.
• Maintain ethical, professional interactions at all times.
