Job summary

SilverSwing ABA NJ LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA therapy. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA-designed plans, and a supportive team focused on client success.

The position offers flexible, part-time hours (15–25 hours/week) in Cedarville, NJ, with competitive pay ($25–$30/hour) and opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our dedicated ABA teams.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
