Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA therapy across home, school, and clinic settings in Elizabeth, NJ. The role focuses on implementing BCBA-designed plans and accurately recording client progress.

The ideal candidate will have an RBT certification (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a willingness to travel locally. Part-time hours with flexible scheduling help fit family commitments while making a meaningful

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Elizabeth, NJ

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
