Job summary

SilverSwing ABA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and deliver evidence-based ABA therapy. The role offers the chance to work in-home, in-school, or in-clinic with flexible part-time hours and a supportive environment focused on client success.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with 15–25 hours per week. We value growth and provide opportunities for professional development within a collaborative team in Cartersville, GA.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour
• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Cartersville, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
