Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lindale, GA. We provide in-home, in-school, and in-clinic ABA therapy, supporting children to reach their goals with evidenced-based practices and a collaborative culture.

The role requires RBT certification and a high school diploma (some college is a plus). You will collect progress data, assist BCBA-designed plans, and work with families and teammates to ensure client success and a positive therapy

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ABA therapy experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $25- $30/hour

• Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Lindale, GA

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
