Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Warrenton, MO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy in child-centered settings. You will work under a supervising BCBA, use naturalistic, play-based strategies, and record progress data.

Requirements include RBT certification or willingness to complete 14-day training; Monday–Friday availability preferred; strong professionalism and reliability; compensation $20–$25/hour with Generous PTO and other benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits

$20 - $25 an hour
