Job summary

Carelinks ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in-home ABA therapy team. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, and clinics, following plans designed by a supervising BCBA, and employ play-based, naturalistic strategies to develop communication, social, and life skills.

We emphasize hands-on training, supportive supervision, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or ability to complete 14-day training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes, schools, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

$20 - $25 an hour
