Job summary

Carelinks ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our in‑home therapy team. You will deliver 1:1 ABA sessions to children in home, school, or community settings and implement treatment plans under a supervising BCBA.

We offer $20–$25/hour, flexible hours, and generous PTO with opportunities for professional growth. Candidates must have RBT certification or be willing to complete the 14‑day training and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community, or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life, and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in ongoing supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a client-centered approach at all times.
• Support a safe, engaging, and positive therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits

$20 - $25 an hour
