Job summary

Aluma Care seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Kansas. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings (home, school, clinic) under BCBA-designed plans and will document client progress.

We value collaboration with families, ongoing professional development, and flexible scheduling to support client success and family needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience delivering 1:1 ABA therapy preferred.
• Comfort collecting and documenting client progress data.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
