Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with autism and developmental challenges. You will implement ABA skill acquisition and behavior-reduction plans under supervision, helping clients build language, communication, academic, and life skills.

Responsibilities include data collection and graphing, clear communication with clients and caregivers, and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must have some college credits or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field.
• Experience with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
• RBT certification required or in progress; background check required.

Responsibilities
