Job summary

Hidden Light ABA is seeking compassionate, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes in Spring, Texas. You will work closely with BCBA supervisors, implement treatment plans, and help children progress in communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs, competitive hourly pay, BCBA support, bonus opportunities, and referral programs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required or in good standing.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
