Job summary

Relentless Alliance LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable Behavior Technician / RBT to deliver direct 1:1 ABA services under BCBA supervision. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect session data, and support clients in home and community settings.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, active RBT certification, ability to pass background checks, and commitment to HIPAA and BACB Ethics. Experience in ABA is a plus.

What you'll need

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent (coursework in psychology, education, or human services preferred).
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Commitment to HIPAA compliance and the BACB Ethics Code.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience delivering ABA services.
• Experience supporting adolescents and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
• Comfort working across home, community, residential, and vocational settings.

Physical requirements

• Standing, walking, and participating in community outings.
• Responding safely and calmly to behavioral situations.
