Cross River Therapy provides ABA services throughout Indiana and is currently hiring RBTs eager to use their training to make a positive impact.

We offer competitive salaries and generous bonuses. You can choose your working hours and preferred service areas.

We are seeking qualified individuals to provide in-home and community-based ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

RBTs deliver one-on-one behavioral intervention programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Salary: $19-$23 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
  1. Provide behavioral services in individual and group settings.
  2. Implement skill acquisition programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior Analysis.
  3. Complete weekly program documentation.
  4. Collaborate with BCBA or BCaBA to execute treatment plans.
  5. Maintain client confidentiality and respect.
  6. Attend workshops and stay updated professionally.
  7. Ensure client safety during sessions and crises.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: 1+ years experience with individuals with special needs.
Licenses
  • Driver's License required.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, starting at 12 PM.
Work Location:
  • Client homes.
