Opportunity for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)!

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. We are a dedicated ABA company committed to transforming lives through evidence-based practices. Pay Range

$21.00/hr - $25.00/hr (based on skills and experience; talk to your recruiter for details)

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic settings.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and document client progress data.
  • Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
  • Maintain a safe and positive environment during sessions.
Schedule and Location
  • Pay Range: $21 - $25/hour
  • Part-Time and Full-Time positions available
  • Flexible shifts based on availability
  • Location: Grant, Kansas
Qualifications
  • Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
