Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Kansas team. Join a mission-driven ABA company focused on transforming lives through evidence-based practices and collaborative care for children.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics, support treatment plans by BCBA, and document progress. We offer flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities for career advancement. Earn $18–$23 per hour with generous PTO and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Jamestown, KS
