Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is hiring an ABA Therapist for part-time in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in Florida. Use behavior-analytic strategies to improve functional behaviors according to each patient’s plan.

You will collect data on an electronic system and maintain clear communication with families and supervisors. RBT certification is required, and experience in special education or ABA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in special education or ABA.
• RBT certification required.
• Experience with documenting data and behavior tracking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Apply behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data using electronic systems.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience

• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
