Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with autism.

You will implement behavior-analytic strategies to improve learning, safety, and social opportunities according to each patient’s treatment plan.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in special education (Preferred).
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (Preferred).
• RBT certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors per treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:

Special education: 1 year (Preferred)

Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
