Job summary

Aluma Care in Hugoton, KS is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data on client progress.

This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for certification support and career growth. A high school diploma is required, RBT certification encouraged, and transportation to local sessions is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $18 - $23/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Hugoton, KS
