Job summary

Behavioral Intervention For Autism (BIFA) is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home or school settings under supervision. The role focuses on applying behavior-analytic strategies to improve functions and reduce barriers to learning, with data collection and ongoing communication with families and staff.

The position is part-time with a flexible schedule, tuition assistance, and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred).
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors as per treatment plan.

·Provide in-home or in-school 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

·Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety or social opportunities, by following patients’ treatment plan

·Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

·Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

About BIFA:

Behavioral Intervention For Autism is an ABA Therapy provider delivering home and school-based services for clients throughout the state of Florida. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBTs to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).

Each member of our admin team brings firsthand experience as ABA Therapist/RBTs, ensuring a deep understanding of your role and needs. We take pride in our company culture, fostering a dedicated and passionate team in the field! Annual performance reviews are conducted to provide constructive feedback and support professional growth.

Experience:
